About The Position

Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join the team as the TOW Production Program Manager within the TOW Weapon System portfolio. You will report directly to the TOW Weapon Systems Director and support multiple production contract efforts. You will be expected to work closely with and influence IPTs, functional partners, and our Army customers to ensure alignment and consistency through execution of the various production contracts. You will work through and lead various stages of program execution including proposal development, contract startup, program execution and contract closeout. In addition to the internal responsibilities, you will also interface with the U.S. government customer for various topics to include technical interchange meetings, production status and business growth. Ideally, you will have experience in production execution, cross-functional leadership, and most importantly have the drive to lead a high-volume program in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum 12 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Prior experience supporting production, development, and/or sustainment programs, and managing cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources.
• Experience leading the quarterly EAC process and managing risks and opportunities.

• Strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortably interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Management Team (PMT) and related functional organizations in execution of production contracts to ensure adherence to cost, schedule and AOP commitments.
• Lead daily PMT meeting/daily program cadence to ensure the team is aligned regarding priorities, issues and assistance needed.
• Close interaction with business team on efficient execution of the EACs, performance to labor and material forecast as well as progress to meeting AOP.
• Lead internal reviews and executive briefings pertaining to all pursuits to include: EACs, Gate approvals, contract proposals, negotiation and definitization efforts.
• Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed.
