About The Position
The Tow/Light Service Driver is responsible for providing roadside assistance services to AAA members, including towing vehicles, changing flat tires, delivering fuel, and performing lock-out services. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to operate service vehicles safely and efficiently while interacting with customers to build rapport and trust.
