The Role You'll be the go-to chef who can confidently run any section of the kitchen, support your team, and maintain high standards across all venues. Adaptability, leadership, and a hands-on approach are key to thriving in this role.

Requirements

  • Experienced across multiple kitchen sections in high-volume environments
  • Strong leadership with the ability to take charge when needed
  • Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Positive, hands-on, and team-focused
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a car required

Responsibilities

  • Operate any section of the kitchen with confidence and skill
  • Adapt quickly to changing demands and support the brigade
  • Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
  • Lead by example and foster a collaborative, positive kitchen culture
