About The Position
As the Golf Tournament Coordinator, you'll oversee all golf event operations, review group contracts and BEOs, ensure smooth golf bookings on the tee sheet, and maintain constant communication with the Director of Golf. You will manage all aspects of the tournament operations, including the management of the electronic tee sheet, sending confirmation emails to group coordinators, and coordinating event gift business and additional group golf and Food and Beverage service. You will also be responsible for helping the Director of Golf with coordinating the Annual Calendar, participating in weekly hotel staff/event meetings, and setting the club's tournament event schedule. Additionally, you will stay in constant communication with the Director of Golf Course Agronomy, set up group golf budgets, coordinate and up-sale group plans with the F&B manager, enforce all rules and regulations governing golf course usage, oversee golf instruction and clinics, manage group golf marketing initiatives, and ensure the success of the tournament outing business.
