Touring Actor & Summer Camp Performer
About The Position
SO Fun City ( https://www.sofuncity.com/ ), a sister organization of Behavioral Milestones, is seeking a passionate and dynamic performer to join our ENERGETIC team for our SO Fun Summer Tour 2025. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating our roster of programs, which include the SO Fun Gameshow and small group workshops in magic, messy experiments and more! We are a group of passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts, ABA experts, teachers, and award-winning children’s entertainers who have pioneered a natural approach to supporting children’s needs that uses the science of human behavior (ABA) combined with unique fun to accelerate independence in the home, classroom, and community.
Requirements
- Experience working with kids
- Acting or theater experience (Improv Skills a Plus!)
- Fun personality!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage all types of audiences
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Technologically savvy with ability to operate computer software during a show
- Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet event schedules
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude
- Room to grow into a Full Time Role!!
Responsibilities
- Lead and co-facilitate events on stage in schools, at summer camps, and at corporations, maintaining high energy and a positive environment
- Comfortable lifting and loading in equipment for shows
