We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and people-focused Tour Leader Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to ensuring our Tour Leaders are fully supported before, during, and after their tours. From managing digital systems and compliance processes, to providing real-time support, training, and feedback, you’ll play a key part in helping deliver exceptional travel experiences for our guests while supporting the wellbeing and performance of our Tour Leaders. This role would suit someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across operational, administrative, and people-focused responsibilities.
