About The Position
The position involves working in various roles associated with OFD Guest Services, including Tour Guide, Guest Services Coordinator, and Tour Operations Assistant. The individual will be responsible for delivering an hour-long tour and tasting experience, setting up and tearing down the tasting room, and performing all front desk operations such as answering phones, greeting guests, printing tickets, and updating tour reservations. Additionally, the role includes assisting with drink ticket sales in George's Bar.
