Freedom for the soul. Are you ready to join us? Our Powertrain Operations facility, located on Pilgrim Road in Menomonee Falls, WI, is where the “jewel” of the motorcycle comes to life. Pilgrim Road employees produce engines and transmissions for the final assembly plant in York, Pennsylvania, as well as transmissions, and replacement parts for sale through Harley-Davidson® Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories business. Join our team as a Tour Guide Guest Experience Associate and help build the world's most sought-after motorcycles.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (must be 18 years or older).
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role; ideally in a retail environment.
  • General knowledge of computer operations and experience working with a point of sale (POS) system required.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to understand and resolve visitor questions or issues.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to handle cash accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously and work calmly in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Some knowledge of Harley-Davidson history and brand a plus.
  • Flexibility in schedule is required including weekends, holidays and evenings as required by the business.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for Harley-Davidson Power Train Operations Visitors.
  • Provide a positive, enjoyable experience for all visitors.
  • Demonstrate superior customer service both in person and on the phone.
  • Conduct visitor transactions/interactions in a professional manner.
  • Impart knowledge about the facility and Harley-Davidson history.
  • Conduct sales transactions (cash handling).
  • Maintain work environment and assist with various customer-facing activities.
  • Manage multiple duties simultaneously and work calmly in a dynamic environment.
  • Work in a team environment while providing exemplary one-on-one assistance to visitors.
