About The Position
A walk through the Harley-Davidson Museum is a walk through the history of America. With an unrivaled collection of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and memorabilia, a 20-acre, park-like campus, and a calendar full of activities, the H-D Museum is one of Milwaukee, WI's top tourist destinations for visitors from around the globe. Join the H-D Museum as a Tour Guide / Guest Experience Associate and help create an experience that will stay with visitors for a lifetime. The Visitor Experience Associate (VEA) will be the first point of contact for Harley-Davidson Museum visitors and will be responsible for providing a positive, enjoyable experience for all visitors. This integral member of our Museum team will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the Museum. The VEA will demonstrate superior customer service both in person and on the phone and be able to conduct visitor transactions/interactions in a professional manner. The VEA will be responsible for imparting knowledge about the Museum, conducting sales transactions (cash handling), maintaining work environment, and assisting with various customer-facing activities.
