The primary purpose of this job is to enter tour guest information into the computer and assist sales representatives with their appointments.

Responsibilities

Run reports at end of day for manifest
Enter tour guest information into computer
Input salespeople for daily attendance
Write and enter VAC-PAC appointments
Assist with progress reports
Take invitations to gift room and sales floor
Locate sales representatives and making sure that they have picked up their tours
Dispense telephone messages
Assist other sales departments as needed
