About The Position
This job's primary purpose is to enter tour guest information into the computer and assist sales representatives with their appointments.

Responsibilities
- Run reports at end of day for manifest.
- Enter tour guest information into computer.
- Input salespeople for daily attendance.
- Write and enter VAC-PAC appointments.
- Assist with progress reports.
- Take invitations to gift room and sales floor.
- Locate sales representatives and making sure that they have picked up their tours.
- Dispense telephone messages.
- Assist other sales departments as needed.
