The Tour Consultant for EF Soccer Tours for Girls is responsible for developing and managing key markets within the Girls' Soccer community. This role focuses on building long-term travel programs, fostering relationships, and training others in effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic, goal-driven salesperson with a passion for soccer and a commitment to empowering young girls through travel experiences.

  • Manage and grow a geographic territory of existing and prospective clients through a high volume of phone calls (50-60 per day on average) and strategic outreach.
  • Proactively manage qualified pipeline while simultaneously closing sales and hitting goals.
  • Leverage connections and referrals at all levels to drive business deeper and wider in your market.
  • Partner with customer success to ensure exceptional service to create a sustainable travel program.
  • Strategically map out a long-term regional growth plan to contribute to the growth.
  • Act as the point person for on-the-ground partners, operations, and market development.
  • Train the team on proven sales strategies to reach the soccer market.
  • 1+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Youth Soccer Experience necessary to understand the insider language of soccer.
  • Strong communication skills, confident and persuasive in selling.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a love for finding creative solutions.
  • Driven and able to think outside the box to tackle obstacles.
  • Relationship-focused, understanding the importance of building connections.
  • Experience in the club soccer world.
