This high level position involves executing high-performance, one-on-one fittings using Trackman, Quintic, and Foresight systems to provide tour-grade equipment recommendations and sales. The ideal candidate brings over a decade of experience directly supporting touring professionals through OEM design or tour-trailer operations, offering an unrivaled technical mastery of equipment specs and a deep understanding of the elite player's needs. Full-Time roles are available with a primary focus on weekend availability (Friday – Monday) .
Requirements
- 10+ years working with Equipment at a Tour Level (fitting/OEM/design)
- 5+ years of Sales and Customer Service experience
- Prior club fitting certifications, preferably Ping Academy, Titleist University, or Trackman University certification.
- Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
- Prolonged periods of standing and bending
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Active PGA Member, preferred not required.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with guests to ensure a positive and personalized club fitting experience.
- Create a welcoming, professional, and hospitality-driven atmosphere for every customer.
- Operate Trackman launch monitors to gather data throughout the fitting experience.
- Maintain expert knowledge of current equipment, fitting technology, and industry trends.
- Support and mentor fellow fitters to uphold 2nd Swing’s fitting standards and best practices.
- Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends.
