About The Position

As a Tour Bus Drivers, you will transport cruise guests and non-cruise guests to various locations at Icy Strait Point. You will get to ensure guests are transported to different locations based on the tour and scheduling.

Requirements

Adequate knowledge or willingness to learn about Tlingit culture
Valid CDL Driver’s license with ‘P’ endorsement and no air brake restriction
Current DOT Medical Certificate
Must have good customer service skills and the ability to communicate with ISP guests and others in a professional, friendly, and accurate manner.
The Driver must be able to learn, retain and relay general ISP information.
Current First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct all activities and decisions according to Icy Strait Point’s guiding principles: BAP: Best, Authentic, Profitable
Provide excellent customer service to all IPS guests
Provide guests with general information about ISP
Participate in all required trainings
Promote other ISP venues, distribute ISP literature and/or sell ISP merchandise
Work as greeters to welcome guests and conduct guest orientations
Take tickets, and load passengers
Assist within programs wherever needed
Daily fueling and cleaning of vehicles as assigned
Other duties as assigned
