About The Position

Imagine shaping the future of how people interact with technology. As a key member of our Sensing Systems team, you'll design, develop, and launch the next generation of Touch ID sensors, integral to the security and seamless user experience of Apple's iconic products. You'll bring devices to life, enabling them to understand and respond to their users in ways previously unimagined! Join the Touch ID team and play a pivotal role in developing ground breaking fingerprint biometric sensors. You'll be responsible for the entire sensor development lifecycle, from schematic capture and module design to validation and integration across the supply chain. Your expertise in analog and digital circuit design, PCB design, signal integrity, and electrical failure analysis will be crucial in defining technical strategies and driving innovation.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in analog fundamentals.
  • Proven track record of taking electrical designs into mass production.
  • Experience in analog and digital circuit design.
  • Proficiency in PCB design and signal integrity.
  • Experience in electrical failure analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Cadence tools.
  • Experience with statistical analysis of production data (JMP, Tableau).
  • Experience in FEA, simulation, and modeling tools (Comsol, ANSYS, Maxwell).
  • Experience with high-volume mass production.

Responsibilities
