As a Total Rewards Specialist you will assist the Manager of Benefits in performing duties relating to the functioning of the Human Resources Department, specializing in the administration of various team member benefit plans, including but not limited to, health, dental, vision, short/long-term disability, life, retirement and the leave programs. Performs assignments in the administration of the Health System's compensation program. All team members of Southeast Gia Health System will promote a culture of safety, follow established policies, and adhere to all state and federal regulatory requirements, DNV accreditation requirements, and national patient safety standards.
