About The Position

The Total Rewards Senior Analyst at United Launch Alliance (ULA) is responsible for administering and analyzing compensation and benefit programs while providing consultation to leadership and internal teams. This role involves ensuring compliance with ULA's compensation philosophy, guiding HR partners on compensation matters, and leading annual programs related to performance management and total rewards. The analyst will also conduct compensation surveys, support education on total rewards programs, and participate in various HR audits and analytical projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.
  • Experience with compensation programs and benefit administration.
  • Prior experience in setting pay scales and determining job offers.
  • Working knowledge of job architecture and job evaluation techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including vlookups and Pivot tables.
  • Understanding of HR-related laws and regulations, including FLSA.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle confidential information.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HRIS systems; SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with Salary Planning Market/Survey tools; CompTool knowledge is a plus.
  • High Tech industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, analyze, and maintain compensation and benefit programs.
  • Provide consultation to leadership and internal teams on compensation matters.
  • Develop and analyze new positions and reclassification requests.
  • Lead annual programs such as performance management and promotion planning.
  • Conduct and participate in benefit and compensation surveys for benchmarking.
  • Support education of total rewards programs through various methods.
  • Participate in HR and compensation-related audits and analytical projects.
  • Partner with stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives and change management.
