About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated, growth-oriented individual excited to grow their benefits and compensation career by joining our Total Rewards Team as a TRO Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of benefits plan administration, including knowledge of Health & Welfare, Time Away, and 401(k) plans (e.g., eligibility, ERISA, etc.). Effective project management skills are also essential. Additionally, the candidate will have a basic understanding of performance-based compensation programs, including Base Salary, Bonus, Equity, Salary benchmarking, and Job profile/family structures.
