Stratus is seeking an experienced and strategic Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation, payroll, benefits, wellness and HRIS functions. In this pivotal role, the Manager will be instrumental in shaping an employee experience that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent. They will partner closely with leadership to ensure our total rewards philosophy and practices align with our business goals and foster a culture where employees feel valued and rewarded. This leader will oversee payroll processing through a third-party administrator, collaborate with a benefits advisor to administer health and welfare benefit and retirement plans, manage compensation programs ensuring competitive and compliant administration and manage the HRIS. They will lead the Total Rewards team and report directly to VP, People & Culture.
