The successful candidate will be a key leader for compensation and benefits initiatives, working within a global matrix organization. This role requires deep expertise in compensation structures, benefits management, self-directed 401(k) plans and health plan setups, including experience with self-insured medical plans. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with a variety of compensation structures , with a strong ability to balance global frameworks with local market needs.
