About The Position

The Total Rewards Lead will report to the Vice President of Total Rewards and be responsible for a wide range of activities that are crucial to building and scaling a best-in-class total rewards program.

Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of compensation experience.
  • At least 3+ years for benefit design and implementation experience.
  • Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects, producing quality deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills.
  • Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization including well developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced technology skills including Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a total rewards partner providing enterprise-level support to cross functional teams.
  • Develop proactive approach to identify compensation challenges within each line of business, research best practices, and develop solutions.
  • Conduct market studies using external market data to maintain Acadia's market competitive total reward position.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR to ensure the rewards strategy aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Assist in developing a market survey process and program which will enable the Compensation team to benchmark jobs on an annual basis.
  • Assist compensation analyst with reviewing and making recommendations for promotions, and market adjustments for all lines of services.
  • Lead salary grade structure audits.
  • Lead and conduct regulatory audits for total reward programs, such as, ACA reporting, 401k and FLSA.
  • Develop an Enterprise recognition philosophy and program.
  • Partner with peers to recommend reputable surveys and benchmarks to ensure Acadia's competitive market position.
  • Assist with the creation of training materials and communications on total rewards programs and processes for HR and line management.
  • Lead, and support, the business during annual total rewards program execution.
  • Complete special projects and studies as assigned which may include the redesign of existing total rewards programs, the development of new programs and the completion of ad-hoc analyses that outline specific observations and recommendations.
