About The Position

The Total Rewards Intern works as an apprentice under the direction of the Director of Compensation and is responsible for functions needed in the Employee Services Team. The internship will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the Company.

Requirements

  • Entry Level: Requires 0-1 years' experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits
  • Manage ADP functions
  • Address leadership influence levels
  • Handle LTIP entry dates
  • Manage COBRA addresses
  • Coordinate with Bank of America for PRNs
  • Utilize PayFactors for job descriptions
  • Communicate missing wellness rate steps
  • Send new hire email communications
  • Update STD claim forms
  • Track bonus plan metrics and plan IDs
