About The Position
The Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits Sr. Director has full responsibility for the execution and implementation of the companys Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits strategies to attract, engage and retain Rigels workforce. This position is based on site at Rigels headquarters in South San Francisco. This individual will be responsible for developing programs and policies to align with the corporate business and compensation strategy, maintaining and/or enhancing the companys competitive market position as it relates to positions, leveling and pay practices. In addition, this position is responsible for leading the development of a sustainable and scalable employee data infrastructure through the deployment and use of the companys tools, resources, and HR Information System, including web-based and mobile tools for managers and employees, and the management of accurate employee-related data.
