The Client Manager is responsible for assisting Newfront Emerging Clients (2-100 lives) on a day-to-day basis by servicing them with the optimal combination of employee benefit programs, communication, and service administration to help them achieve their business goals. Your exceptional communication and project management skills help you connect with clients by email and phone - quickly establishing trust and rapport. This position is a salaried, exempt, and full-time role, and will be reporting to the Client Services Director. This is a Hybrid/Remote role located in California, with the option to work from any of Newfront's California office locations and requires seasonal or intermittent traveling to visit clients and prospects (Pacific Time Zone work hours required).
