Discover what happens when physical meets mindful. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst to join our HR team. The primary focus of this role will be on benefits administration and compensation administration. This position will play a key role in ensuring our benefits and compensation programs are competitive, compliant, and effectively communicated to employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in benefits and/or compensation administration.
  • Knowledge of benefits regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, FLSA) and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the company's benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.
  • Coordinate annual benefits enrollment processes, including communications, vendor coordination, and employee support.
  • Partner with benefits vendors to resolve employee claims and ensure accurate administration.
  • Monitor compliance with benefits regulations, such as ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA, and prepare required documentation and reports.
  • Analyze benefits utilization trends and provide recommendations to enhance offerings and manage costs.
  • Support the administration of the company's compensation programs, including salary structures, job evaluations, and pay equity analyses.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and ensure accurate job leveling and market benchmarking.
  • Conduct market research and analyze compensation surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Administer the annual merit increase, incentive, and bonus programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws, including FLSA classifications.
  • Maintain accurate records in HR systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track and analyze key metrics related to benefits and compensation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver clear communications to employees regarding benefits and compensation programs.
  • Conduct training sessions and create resources to enhance employee understanding of available rewards programs.
