Designs, implements, and evaluates the organization’s Total Rewards Program and policies. Uses data and external resources to maximize value and streamline program delivery. Experience in Occupational Injury (OI) and Workers’ Compensation (WC) preferred. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Continually searches for process improvements and makes recommendations to Program plans, policies and procedures. Collaborates with team members and analyzes data to identify and address program issues. Supports the design and administration of 401(k), Health, Wellness, Occupational Injury and Leave programs by partnering with internal team members and external advisors. Serves as escalation point to analyze and recommend next steps for complex claims and issues within the Program. Oversees vendors, measures performance and develops requirements during request for proposal process. Leads or supports special projects related to compensation, benefits and total reward strategy. Provides plan/policy interpretation to internal partners. Contributes to special projects related to compensation, benefits and total reward strategy. Contributes to the development of Program budgets. Monitors monthly Program financials and provides commentary on variances. Provides support during internal and external audits. Strives for continuous total reward education via self-study, seminars, and training events. Maintains confidentiality of all employee records. Provides assistance to other Human Resources departments, as necessary. WHAT IS REQUIRED:
