Assist in the development, analysis and ongoing administration of various compensation programs. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates positions based upon job descriptions and on-site audits using established systems and market data, determines grades and salary ranges, and prepared documentation records of the analysis and recommendations. Prepares data collection and analysis for special projects. Makes compensation recommendations and cost impact/savings for the organization. Completes compensation surveys and market analysis as needed. Performs reclassification analysis and determines the FLSA status of each position.
