About The Position

The Total Rewards Analyst II at Cleveland Clinic is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering various Total Reward Programs, including Retirement, Employee Benefits, Leave Administration, and Compensation. This role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations while providing equitable treatment of employees. The analyst will work closely with other departments and third-party administrators to maintain and improve Total Rewards programs, ensuring they are market competitive and aligned with internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Finance/Accounting.
  • Three years of professional experience in a Human Resources environment, including at least two years of Total Rewards experience, or six years of professional experience in Human Resources/Total Rewards may substitute for the Bachelor's degree requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Administer specific Total Rewards programs and review changes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Recommend changes and improvements to Total Rewards programs as needed.
  • Assist with employee communications to introduce and explain plan changes.
  • Act as a liaison between Total Rewards, Human Resources, and third-party administrators.
  • Determine eligibility for participation in various Total Reward programs and maintain records.
  • Perform audits of Total Reward programs to ensure compliance with internal policies and local, state, and federal laws.
  • Make recommendations for improvements to Total Reward programs.
