About The Position

As a Regional Leader at Victra, you will be responsible for driving business sales within a defined region of Total Wireless. This role focuses on fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and innovation while developing and leading a team of District Managers to achieve sales and profitability goals. You will be instrumental in recruiting, training, and motivating your team, ensuring operational integrity, and communicating effectively with corporate executives to align regional objectives with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achievement in sales positions with accountability for large sales territories.
  • Experience in increasing sales and revenue, preferably in wireless retail field sales.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and utilize performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive performance and profitability for your region through effective team management.
  • Hire and develop the best talent while assessing team strengths and addressing performance gaps.
  • Create and execute strategic plans, communicating effectively to drive action with frontline teams.
  • Lead District Managers to ensure regional success through training and motivation.
  • Continuously recruit, promote, and coach District Managers and oversee Store Manager promotions.
  • Collaborate with District Managers to build strong sales teams and retain top talent.
  • Defend EGET culture and sales standards across the region.
  • Direct and coordinate store sales staff activities to meet sales and productivity goals.
  • Review sales and productivity data to manage and drive behavioral changes needed to meet targets.
  • Motivate the sales team to achieve targeted sales goals through effective coaching and leading by example.
  • Partner with Victra Executives to develop action plans for financial and profitability goals.
  • Serve as the primary link between corporate operations and store sales, providing feedback on trends and needs.
  • Communicate company objectives, policies, and procedures to District and Store Managers.
  • Ensure operational integrity and visible merchandising standards are met across all stores.
  • Regularly visit stores to inspire, train, and motivate employees.
