About The Position

The role involves planning and coordinating corrective and preventive maintenance activities within the organization. The individual will work closely with maintenance foremen and supervisors to determine job priorities and ensure that maintenance activities are executed efficiently. The position also requires maintaining accurate data files in the CMMS software, developing reports, and assisting in stores and purchasing functions. The individual will be part of a team that identifies and analyzes equipment maintenance problems and will assist in educating operations or facility personnel in maintenance management.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree preferred - equivalent experience acceptable.
  • Knowledge of factory and equipment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn and proficiently operate TPM software.
  • Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail a must.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • 0-2 years experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with front-line maintenance foreman and supervisor to determine job priorities.
  • Ensure that the CMMS software data files are complete and current.
  • Enter all equipment and PMs into the system and add parts required for PM.
  • Develop and maintain reports.
  • Assist in stores and purchasing functions.
  • Identify, analyze, and review equipment maintenance problems as part of a team.
  • Assist in educating operations or facility personnel in maintenance management.
