About The Position
Exceptional service and cuisine are hallmarks of the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess dining experience. As a server assistant, you will take pride in the integral role you play in supporting your Food & Beverage Colleagues and 'setting the stage' for a truly memorable meal. You will exhibit sincere hospitality, go above and beyond for the guest, and be obsessed with guest satisfaction. Complete knowledge of all products, procedures, and standards is required, and you will be an expert on all things restaurant related. Your responsibilities will include offering the highest level of support, assisting your server as much as possible, clearing tables when guests are finished, and ensuring that each table in your section is set flawlessly. You will also stock side stations, maintain cleanliness, and perform all assigned side work before, during, and after your shift.
