The average design consultant earns over $130,000 after their first year, with top performers making $180,000+ without the need for cold calling. Requirements

• Documented top 10-20% sales results in previous roles.
• Experience in in-home sales, design consulting, luxury retail, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated, team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to provide design consultations and sales presentations.
