About The Position
The Cornerstone Top Gun Program offers ambitious early professionals a unique opportunity to step into an executive role, shaping their future as business leaders. This program is designed to challenge candidates and evaluate their ability to exceed their potential in key roles such as Operating Director, which encompasses responsibilities in marketing, recruiting, and scheduling. Operating Directors at Cornerstone Caregiving not only manage but actively expand a branch of the company, enjoying uncapped growth, a lucrative compensation package, and exposure to every facet of business development in the caregiving industry. The program lasts for five weeks, beginning with a week of founder-led corporate training in Waco, TX, followed by four weeks of in-field training alongside an existing Operating Director. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in the Operating Director role, receiving feedback and guidance from the Top Gun Manager through weekly evaluations and scheduled check-ins. Candidates will advance weekly based on their performance, culminating in a final presentation in Waco, TX, where they will provide a comprehensive overview of their program experience as a final interview with founders and corporate leaders. Successful candidates will receive an Operating Director job offer on the same day as their final presentation. The program highlights include fully covered travel, meals, and lodging, a weekly stipend of $1,000, a performance-based scoring system fostering competition among participants, and one-on-one mentorship from experienced directors. This is a chance for participants to gain valuable insights, essential financial management skills, and the knowledge needed to lead, develop, and grow a company.
