As a member of our Top-Dressing Crew, you’ll: Service residential and commercial properties safely and efficiently Use hand and powered equipment to apply top-dressing and lawn treatments Perform soil analysis and help control insects, weeds, and diseases Educate homeowners on proper lawn and landscape care Identify lawn issues and recommend customized solutions Upsell additional services to existing and new customers Communicate clearly with customers and resolve concerns onsite Every day brings something new—no two lawns are ever the same! Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (THC excluded)
- At least 21 years old (required to drive company vehicles)
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE
- Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to support teammates
Responsibilities
