Requirements

  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience with a history of closing business.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural, conversation first approach with clients.
  • Self motivated, organized, and comfortable using a CRM and managing your own time.
  • Reliable transportation and a real desire to help families secure their futures.

Responsibilities

  • Run in person appointments with pre qualified prospects and lead relaxed, consultative conversations.
  • Uncover needs, explain solutions clearly, and guide clients through a simple next step to complete their plans.
  • Own your schedule and territory while following a proven sales system that supports high close rates.
