Top Box Technician – Modular Construction (Multiple Shifts Available) Job Location: Springfield, MO Job Category: Construction / Skilled Trades Description Job Title: Top Box Technician – Modular Construction (Day or Night Shift) Location: Springfield, MO Pay: 1st Shift (Day): $18.00/hour 2nd Shift (Night): $18.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential = $20.00/hour total Schedules: Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift) Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift) Job Type: Full-Time Join Our Team at Creative Modular Construction (CMC) TOP BOX Technicians build complete HVAC housing units, combining framing, electrical, interior/exterior finish, and metal roofing into a finished modular product.

Requirements

• Experience in one or more trades preferred
• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Frame HVAC enclosures using metal studs
• Install electrical components and lighting
• Perform interior and exterior finishing
• Install metal roofing systems
• Ensure completed units meet quality standards
