About The Position

This position supports injection molding operations and focuses heavily on repairing and maintaining complex molds. Toolmakers work independently in the tool room using mills, lathes, grinders, welding equipment, and precision measuring tools to keep molds production-ready. All candidates will complete a mechanical and electrical aptitude assessment as part of the process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Willingness to work any shift, including weekends
• Mandatory overtime is a condition of employment
• Ability to pass a mechanical and electrical aptitude assessment
• Strong attention to detail and precision craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Responsibilities

• Repairing and maintaining complex molds
• Working independently in the tool room
• Using mills, lathes, grinders, welding equipment, and precision measuring tools to keep molds production-ready
