We are seeking a TOOLMAKER SUPERVISOR for our manufacturing group. This position is responsible to lead the toolmaking activities—from system-level planning and material coordination to hands-on troubleshooting and repair. You’ll supervise both in-house toolmakers and contract personnel, ensuring projects stay on track and meet safety, quality, and timeline goals. Working closely with the Plant Manager and Supply Chain, you’ll help define toolmaking components, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement across the department. Requirements

• Toolmaker certification or equivalent experience 8+ years in a toolroom or machine shop
• 3+ years of frontline leadership experience
• Safety knowledge, OSHA 30 hour is a plus.
• Background in integration of automated assembly systems with specific knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements. Weld systems knowledge is a plus.
• Expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
