Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; vocational or technical training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in tooling, maintenance, or manufacturing operations.
• Electrical and welding background for basic fabrication and repair work.
• Forklift operation experience (must meet safety certification requirements).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints for tooling design, setup, and usage instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physically active tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• On-site role; travel not required.
• Applicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation, which may include education, criminal, and work history verifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tooling setup and basic repair tasks to support manufacturing operations.
• Fabricate, assemble, and modify tooling based on design specifications and blueprints.
• Operate factory support equipment, including forklifts and staging tools, to transport tools and materials.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Support tooling readiness efforts by interpreting blueprints and executing tool use instructions.
• Assist with reverse engineering and identifying fabrication/assembly processes for tool and part designs.
• Provide tooling support across production and engineering teams as needed.
