The position involves personnel management with all necessary individual tasks, including performance management, staff appraisals, personnel development, deployment, and resource planning. The role requires ensuring that orders are processed on time and independently carrying out order planning for tool maintenance in the systems provided for this purpose, such as MES. The individual will also participate independently in order processing and coordinate and prioritize scheduling with internal customers. Trusting cooperation with internal and external partners, including customers, suppliers, plant management, production management, quality, and HR, is essential. Additionally, the role involves preparing internal information and passing it on to the relevant departments, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, accident prevention regulations, and quality regulations in the area of responsibility. The individual will also cooperate and participate in daily production planning according to specifications.
