About The Position

Aegis Worldwide | Greencastle, IN | Direct Hire (Day Shift) Is this you? Do you enjoy precision work and the satisfaction of a flawless changeover? Can you dial in a press, troubleshoot a process, and keep production on pace? Are safety, quality, and teamwork second nature to you? What you’ll tackle Set up, change, and secure molds to meet production schedules Adjust injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment for proper operation Perform basic troubleshooting; make adjustments to stabilize the process Inspect molds for wear, damage, or defects and escalate issues as required Adhere to company safety procedures and policies at all times Partner with production and maintenance to reduce downtime Keep the work area clean and organized What you bring High school diploma or equivalent Preferably, prior mold setting or injection molding experience Automotive manufacturing exposure is a plus Ability to interpret work instructions and use basic measuring tools Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail Proficiencies Injection Molding Experience Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience Equipment you’ll use Injection Molding Machine Step into a role where your setup speed and accuracy directly impact delivery, quality, and safety every single shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to interpret work instructions and use basic measuring tools
• Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail
• Injection Molding Experience
• Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience

Nice To Haves

• Preferably, prior mold setting or injection molding experience
• Automotive manufacturing exposure is a plus
