Job Description: AriensCo is seeking a motivated and passionate Tooling Programmer to join our team at Plant 3 in Brillion, WI. This role is critical in driving innovation and efficiency within our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for the specification, testing, installation, and documentation of welding and automation technology, sensors, electrical switches, and die protection equipment used in “right-sized” machinery, dies, weld fixtures, and gages. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, Lean manufacturing environment and enjoys working collaboratively across multiple teams.
