Votaw Precision Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tooling Program Manager to join our growing team. The Tooling Program Manager will play a crucial role in the success of our large-scale Tooling and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) projects by being responsible and fully accountable for the successful execution and customer satisfaction of the programs under their leadership. Additionally, the Tooling Program Manager will assume complete responsibility for the cost schedule and technical performance on major complex, large-scale aerospace and defense components with strategic customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tooling and assembly, with a thorough understanding of aerospace ground support equipment structures, proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires a process-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a desire to contribute to a growing company. Previous tooling and manufacturing experience in a similar job shop environment is a significant asset. We recognize that talent development is crucial.
