About The Position
As a Tooling Process Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by working independently or with engineers and lab personnel on process, product, and systems development, including equipment upgrades and modifications. You will ensure equipment is in optimal working condition by maintaining the preventative maintenance program, providing first-line troubleshooting support, and arranging for necessary repairs. Additionally, you will assist in creating and updating production and quality procedures and maintaining accurate documentation in multiple electronic systems. You will perform all production tasks and train employees on all work centers in the department including laser welding, nickel plating, grinding, and milling. Demonstrating safe work behaviors to avoid injury to self and others is crucial, as well as contributing to continuous improvement and problem solving to drive growth and increase efficiency.
