About The Position

Bharat Forge PMT is a growing, steel forging manufacturer with an in-house Tool shop. We are seeking CNC Operators/CNC Machinist/Toolmaker. Successful candidates will have the ability to troubleshoot CNC programs for issues and errors and have a strong mathematical background. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipped throughout our tool shop. CNC Operator will also assist in the development of programming, maintenance procedures and manufacturing practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience machining or a technical degree.
• Completed a Toolmaker apprenticeship.
• Strong mathematical background.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to read micrometers and various measuring equipment.

Nice To Haves

• CAD experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment throughout the tool shop.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs for issues and errors.
• Assist in the development of programming and maintenance procedures.
• Contribute to manufacturing practices.
