About The Position

The Tooling Engineer will oversee tooling management and ensure timely execution of tooling build timelines to achieve cost-effective production of high-quality components. This role involves driving the implementation of advanced technologies for continuous product improvement and ensuring customer expectations are met through innovative solutions.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical education from a community college.
• Certified apprenticeship in tool & die/mold making or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of automotive manufacturing experience.
• Expertise in metal fabrication and assembly processes, including tooling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tooling management and execution of tooling build timelines.
• Drive the implementation of up-to-date technologies for product improvement.
• Ensure customer expectations are met through effective utilization of innovative technologies.
