Your Role at Delta Faucet Join us as a Tooling Engineer and play a pivotal role in turning concepts into reality in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. As a Tooling Engineer, you'll be the liaison connecting New Product Development (NPD) and Operations, ensuring that parts are manufacturable, cost-effective, and ready for production. You'll design and optimize tooling, develop fixtures and machining processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products safely and efficiently.
