The Tooling Coordinator supports manufacturing operations by managing tools at the primary manufacturing site and at an offsite storage facility. This includes company owned, customer owned, and US Government owned tooling. Tool sizes range from small templates to large die sets weighing up to several thousand pounds. The role requires protecting, preserving, and maintaining the property owner’s investment in compliance with FAR 52.245-1, internal procedures, and customer specific requirements. The facility is AS9100 and ISO14001 certified. This position helps maintain those standards through accurate documentation and effective asset control. The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Daily travel between both locations is required using a company vehicle. The pace of work varies from steady to reactive, and flexibility is valued to support occasional changes in workload or priorities. This is a full time, first shift position based primarily at the offsite storage facility.
