Tool Technician – 2nd Shift (Onsite Only) 📍 Location: 12621 Harris Branch Pkwy., Manor, TX 78653🕒 Shift: 2nd Shift (M-F, 2:30PM - 10:30PM)✅ Onsite Only – No Remote Option ⚡ Hiring Immediately! Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; Technical certifications preferred.
  • 3+ years as a Tool Technician or similar role in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in reading engineering drawings
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and computerized tooling systems
  • Strong knowledge of machining processes and materials
  • Hands-on experience with CNC machining centers
  • English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, fabricate, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures per engineering drawings.
  • Set up and operate machine tools including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC equipment.
  • Perform precision machining and assembly work to tight tolerances.
  • Inspect finished tools for quality and troubleshoot tooling issues.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to develop innovative solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of tool designs and processes.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
