About The Position

The Tool Service Team Lead drives operational excellence by managing a Tool Service Center team to deliver best-in-class repairs and customer experiences. This role focuses on building a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to repair standards, and optimizing inventory management. With responsibilities spanning team development, performance management, and lean process execution, the Team Lead plays a critical role in sustaining productivity and reinforcing Hilti's service differentiation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED, required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • Two to three (2-3) years of experience in technical shop/plant operations management, preferred.
  • Direct supervision of technical staff, preferred.
  • Experience using Windows applications, preferred.
